Please join us at our 2nd Annual Seaplane Splash-in at Thomas Landing!

We will be providing FREE LUNCH and T-SHIRT to pilots and co-pilots who fly in!

Please RSVP so we have an accurate headcount. RSVPS will receive first priority.

 

PILOT INFORMATION: 

Non-towered seaplane base. Handheld communications will be used for day of event. Use frequencies below.

CTAF: 122.9

AWOS: 120.675 (386-754-9366)

Safety first! Please double check for boat and air traffic as there will likely be both in the area.

Limited 100LL fuel available for straight float planes – with RSVP. Nearby airport (KLCQ) has fuel services and FBO available.

We will have a designated parking areas for float planes and amphibians with guidance as needed.

No beaching or land access available for planes.

WHAT TO BRING:

This is a WET EVENT.

Anchors, ropes, bumpers, oars, etc.

Bathing suits, sunscreen, floats, towels, water shoes if desired.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT: 

Approximately 2-4ft deep water in most areas.

Sandy bottom with some grassy areas.

Restroom available on shore.

Limited access to dock (for people) with seating, shade and music.

Lunch and drinks provided!
